2018 marked ten years since the term “Ecosystem-based Adaptation” was coined by IUCN, its Members and partners at UNFCCC COP14 in Poznan, Poland.

On December 13^th, 2018 a high-level session was convened to reflect on the successes and setbacks in mainstreaming EbA into worldwide adaptation and development implementation.
